Non-MPS Outright Purchase
At their discretion University departments may choose to purchase printers, multi-function machines, or other digital-impression devices rather than, or in conjunction with, participating in the Managed Print Services (MPS) program. Ricoh is the exclusive provider of purchased digital-impression equipment and related supplies for the University. Below is the listing of approved devices for purchase by campus departments and UK HealthCare areas.

Campus departments (including UK HealthCare Enterprise areas using campus-based cost centers) may purchase devices which are less than $1000 via departmental procurement card. Departments should enter an SAP requisition or SRM Free Text Shopping Cart and Purchasing will process a purchase order for devices having a cost of $1000 or greater.
