- Coordinate the development and implementation of the University’s Annual Operating Budget as guided by the Strategic Plan.
- Coordinate the development and submission of the university's Biennial and Executive Budget Requests.
- Evaluate the implementation of the annual budget plan.
- Ensure the timely availability and integrity of financial data for institutional decision-making.
