The minutes of the 8/17 meeting were approved.

Registration: There are 63 registrants so far. Both Acquisitions Roadshows (25 seats each) are filled. Kelly will keep a small waiting list. October 6th is the registration deadline. For a receipt, registrants can make a printout of the registration form.

KVUG listserv: There are 43 members on this list. Discussion ensued as to whether this should be a closed or an open list. This will be left to the new officers for a decision.

Ballot: After discussion, the ballot was finalized as follows:

Website: To be updated in mid-October with "new" information including: parking information, meeting agenda, ballot, SIG information.

Meeting handout responsiblilities:

Weiling will be coordinating parking.

Coverage for the registration table was discussed. On the 26th, Weiling will be responsible for someone being there before the 8am Road Show, Cathy and Roberta will be there prior to the 10 am SIGs, Kelly will be there during lunch. On the 27th, Perry and Weiling will be there prior to the 8 am Road Show.
