KENTUCKY VOYAGER USERS GROUP ANNUAL MEETING

The third annual meeting of the Kentucky Voyager Users Group was held Friday, May 31, 2002, at the John Grant Crabbe Library, hosted by Eastern Kentucky University.
Welcome:
Perry Bratcher called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. He thanked the officers for their previous year’s service, the presenters for their participation and the EKU staff for the local arrangements.
New Business:
The following motions were presented to the group:

Slate of officers for 2002-2003:

Ann Doyle was elected chair-elect

Cathy Reilender was elected secretary/treasurer.

Bylaws changes:
-
In Article 6 Dues, the phrase “meeting registration fees” replaced “meeting
costs” since there are no membership dues. Motion carried.

In Article 13 Archives, amend to: “Archives for the group will be maintained
at any member institution.” Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report:
There is a total of $1798 in the group’s checking account. KVUG
will cover speaker expenses; Endeavor will pay for the lunches.
Other:
Tyler Goldberg, chair-elect, presented Perry with a gift certificate
in thanks for his previous service to KVUG.
