1. Board decided that we do not wish to change our name to “Kentucky EndUser Group.” If it is brought up at the next business meeting, we will take action then.
2. Discussion about the KYVL Users Group, which met for the first time at KLA. This group has approached other groups, such as KSUG, about joint meetings. ACTION: Kelly would talk to Tari about the relationship between the Endeavor Consortium and KYVL Users Group.
3. Board decided to come up with a survey that we can put on web and/or send to KLA listserv. Survey will concern training needs and in-state experts. Possible questions:
   • What kinds of Voyager training does your library need?
   • Does your library have facilities to train up to 10 people?
   • Does your library have the capability to set up a training database?
   • Can your library cover some of the expenses of the trainer?
   • What expertise do you have with Voyager that you would be willing to share with your colleagues in the state?

   ACTION: Tyler will polish up these questions and send them to Board members for corrections, additions, etc.

4. KVUG meeting will be May or June. Probably at University of Louisville. Board will decide at the next meeting.
5. In January we will send out a call for presentations.
6. Next Board meeting will be December 5, 2002 at Chili’s in Frankfort. It will precede the Endeavor Consortium Work Group Quarterly Meeting.
