1. The committee decided to have the 2003 KVUG annual meeting at UofL on Friday, June 6. Tyler will check on the facilities and confirm at the next meeting.
2. Tyler will send out via the KVUG, Voyage-l, KLA and KYVL listservs a call for papers for the annual meeting. Proposals will be due March 12.
3. Tyler will send out via the KLA and KVUG listservs a training needs assessment. The responses will be due March 3. The results of the assessment will be used in planning the sessions at the annual meeting and they will be discussed at the business meeting session.
4. The committee will meet on Friday, March 14 to set the program for the annual meeting.
