KENTUCKY VOYAGER USERS GROUP ANNUAL MEETINGJune 6, 2003 William F. Ekstrom Library, University of Louisville Welcome: The fourth annual meeting of the Kentucky Voyager Users Group was held on Friday, June 6, 2003, at the William F. Ekstrom Library, hosted by the University of Louisville. Hannalore Rader, director of libraries, welcomed opened the meeting with welcoming remarks. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the May 31, 2002 annual meeting were corrected to read that Cathy Reilender was elected secretary/treasurer for a 2-year term. The minutes were approved as corrected. Treasurer's Report: There is a total of $1420.45 in the group’s checking account. No registration deposits have yet been made. Endeavor will cover the cost of the morning break ($400) The report was accepted as presented. New Business: Margaret Foote (EKU) was elected chair-elect by acclamation. Cathy presented Tyler Goldberg with a gift certificate in appreciation for her service to KVUG. Respectfully submitted,
