Conference registration fees include morning refreshments and a boxed lunch on July 23 and 24. There is no lunch provided during the pre-conference on July 22.
Group Discount

Register a group of 5 or more and receive $25 off each registration - that's a $125 discount! All group members must register separately. See online registration form for directions.

Registration Confirmation

After submitting the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation on your screen. If you do not see the confirmation page, your registration was not filled out in its entirety and properly submitted. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail, sent to the address used on the registration form.

If you are unable to attend the Conference and/or Pre-Conference that you are registered for, you must notify Jessica Dutzy in writing by July 5, 2013 to receive a full refund or avoid future billing. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be honored.
