Everyone Passes Algebra 1 (EPA)

Overview

This multi-faceted approach to teaching algebra encourages students of all learning styles to master the big ideas and concepts. During five days in the summer and three fall follow-ups, teachers will apply the latest research to curricular, instructional and assessment strategies. Both regular education and special education teachers will practice using technology, manipulatives, vocabulary strategies, various representations, communication and connections to enhance student learning.

Target Audience

Regular and special education teachers in grades 8-12

Cost

$1800 per participant
Includes meeting space and catering, facilitator's fees, administrative support, and all training materials including technology.

All workshops and institutes are subject to cancellation or change in location based on number of registered participants.
