Volunteer

Nov.
21, 2001 (Lexington, Ky.) -- The
University of Kentucky and Lexington will observe
Martin Luther King’s birthday on Jan. 21, 2002. Several
activities, including the annual downtown march and
program, are being planned.
The events
are supported by UK and the Lexington-Fayette Urban
County Government, as well as community organizations
and businesses. Volunteers are needed to help in various
aspects of planning and producing the events.
