Jan. 23, 2001 (Lexington, Ky.) -- The faculty
and doctoral students of the University of Kentucky College of Nursing are seeking volunteers to participate in a research study about women who have had a hip fracture and have a daughter who helps in some way take care of them.

You may participate if you are 65 or older, are able to walk with a cane or walker, and are living at home or with relatives.

The study will include two interviews with the mother, two interviews with the daughter, one interview with the mother and daughter together, and a discussion interview with other women in the study.
