Mayor Pam Miller and University of Kentucky President
Lee T. Todd Jr. will dedicate the new Dorotha Smith
Oatts Visitor Center at the UK/Lexington-Fayette Urban
County Government Arboretum on Alumni Drive at 10
a.m. Monday, Sept. 30.
Oatts will
