Chandler Medical Center Employees
Help Build 'Habitat' House

Building occurs on Fridays and Saturdays, beginning Sept. 27. It will take six to eight weeks to build the home.

Sept. 18, 2002 (Lexington, Ky.) -- Employees of the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center are working with Habitat for Humanity to build a home for a single mother who works for the Fayette County School system.

A total of $37,500 is needed to build the home, which will be raised through fund-raising activities, donations and in-kind donations.

Building occurs on Fridays and Saturdays, beginning Sept. 27. It will take six to eight weeks to build the home.
