UK Hosts ‘Campus Preview Day’ for Students Considering Transfer

Students also will visit the academic college of their choice, talk with an academic adviser, and learn about the majors offered in that college. Advisers from UK’s Central Advising Service also will be on hand so students can find out which of their courses fill UK’s requirements.

 

Feb. 24, 2003 (Lexington, Ky.) -- Students currently attending other universities or colleges and considering transferring to the University of Kentucky can learn more about becoming a UK student during Campus Preview Day on Monday, March 3.

The event offers prospective students the chance to talk with UK faculty, staff and students about everything from academic programs to housing to financial aid to student life.

Prospective students are invited to attend Campus Preview Day from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, at the UK Student Center, located across from Memorial Coliseum on Euclid Avenue, to learn more about the academic opportunities available at the university.
