Fate of Chemical Weapons Topic of
Engineers’ Meeting

Easter’s presentation will be preceded by a social event at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. Admission is $9 for students, $18 for non-students.

 

Feb. 7, 2003 (Lexington, Ky.) -- Dave Easter, public affairs officer at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, will discuss current activities at the depot in light of the building tensions with Iraq and the fate of the chemical weapons stored at the depot at a meeting of the Bluegrass Chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at the UK Hilary J. Boone Center, 510 Rose St. Public parking is available behind the Boone Center.
