LEXINGTON,
Ky. (Feb. 27, 2004) -- The
University of Kentucky Women’s Forum Board
is seeking nominations for the eleventh annual
Sarah Bennett Holmes Award, which honors a woman
who works at UK and promotes the growth and well-being
of other women. The award brings recognition
for efforts that would otherwise go unnoticed
through normal channels.
All
nominees will be recognized at a luncheon ceremony
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, in the
Student Center Grand Ballroom. The winner of the
award also receives $1,000.
