LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 3, 2004) -- Lexington attorney Mark S. Paxton will discuss the intricacies of obtaining federal Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) approval of new pharmaceuticals in a seminar at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, in A149 Advanced Science and Technology Commercialization Center (ASTeCC) at the University of Kentucky.
Paxton, an attorney with the Wyatt Tarrant & Combs law firm in Lexington , titles his session "Learning to Love the FDA: Alternative Pathways for Drug Product Approvals."
The seminar is designed to provide information to pharmaceutical researchers and entrepreneurs.
The session, which is open to the public, is part of the ASTeCC Seminar Series . Refreshments will be available at 3:45 p.m., just prior to Paxton's presentation.
