Jill Holloway and Will Nash

LEXINGTON,
Ky. (Oct. 16, 2004) -- Jill Holloway,
daughter of Jim and Judy Holloway of Paducah, Ky.,
and Will Nash, son of Mike and Mary Nash of Glasgow,
Ky., were crowned the University of Kentucky homecoming
queen and king during halftime ceremonies at the UK-University
of South Carolina homecoming game tonight.
Holloway is a senior marketing management
major and was sponsored in the homecoming royalty
candidacy by Delta Delta Delta sorority. Nash is a
junior political science and economics major and was
sponsored by Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Other finalists
for queen and king were:
- Emily Shoen, a senior psychology major, daughter
of Matthew and Kathy Shoen of Louisville, Ky., sponsored
by Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
- Jennifer Yue, a senior communication major, daughter
of Kenneth and Laura Yue of, Frankfort, Ky., sponsored
by Chi Omega sorority.
- Jonah Brown, a sophomore studying pre-med, son
of Mitchell and Rita Brown of Richmond, Ky., sponsored
by Delta Gamma sorority.
- Robbie Martin, a junior finance major, son of
James Martin Jr. and Vanessa Guyette of Princeton,
Ky., sponsored by Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
- Lee Wilson, a senior public service and leadership
major, son of Marvin Lee and Laura Wilson of Eddyville,
Ky., sponsored by Farmhouse fraternity.
