LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 29, 2004) -- The Kentucky Business Leadership Network (KYBLN) will hold its annual state conference, “Impact Your Bottom Line: Tap an Untapped Market, Individuals with Disabilities,” Oct. 4 at the Holiday Inn Airport in Erlanger, Ky.

The conference is geared to business owners, executives, Human Resource professionals and anyone interested in learning more about positively impacting their business through the employment of individuals with disabilities, said Katie Wolf, project coordinator for the KYBLN.

Kevin Foster, senior human resources manager for Motorola Inc. in Tempe, Ariz., will give the keynote address on the topic “Strategies Around Innovation and Business Growth.” Other sessions include Web Site Accessibility, Legal Issues Pertaining to Employing Individuals with Disabilities, Broadening Your Diversity Plan, and Marketing to Customers with Disabilities. An exhibit area will display a variety of services offered to employers across Kentucky.
