U.S. Food Imports on the Rise

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 17, 2005) --University of Kentucky College of Agriculture Extension economist Craig Infanger said the United States could soon be a net food importer. Currently, the United States is still the world’s largest food exporter, but market conditions and other factors are having a major impact. (more)
