WHO: The University of Kentucky’s Women’s Safety Advisory Council

WHAT: will hold its first meeting

WHEN: 3 to 4:30 pm, Thursday, Feb. 17

WHERE: 1st Floor Board Room, Main Building, University of Kentucky campus

MORE: The Women’s Safety Advisory Council was created by UK President Lee T. Todd Jr. to evaluate and report on the status of women’s safety at the university and to make recommendations to the president regarding ways to reduce experiences of victimization among UK students. The advisory council was created following the September release of the UK Women’s Safety Study.
