LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 18, 2005) -- The University of Kentucky College of Engineering will hold its popular Engineers Day Open House, featuring games, contests, exhibits and project demonstrations, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 in the UK Engineering Complex.
The UK College of Engineering program at the West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) in Paducah will host Engineers Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (CT) on Feb. 26. The Paducah engineering program is conducted in conjunction with Murray State University and WKCTC.
The open house is designed to offer elementary, middle and high school students an in-depth exposure to UK’s engineering program and careers in engineering, one of the nation’s best-paying professions.
