(Aug. 1998) -- Pakistani artist Ijaz-ul-Hassan donated the painting, "Cling to the Tree and Hope for Spring," to the Linda and Jack Gill Heart Institute at the University of Kentucky. Hassan's son, Mian Ahmed Hassan, is a cardiology fellow at the institute. Ijaz-ul-Hassan, second from left, unveiled the painting July 31 during a ceremony with Dr. James Muller, director of the Gill Heart Institute, left, and Linda and Jack Gill.
