LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 21, 1999) – Artwork
created by 12 breast cancer survivors will be on display at the University of Kentucky
Markey Cancer Center from Oct. 24 through Nov. 30. "Art Expressions: Visions of
Ourselves" includes drawings, mixed media, photographs and writings created by women
who participated in Art Expressions, a six-month art program and breast cancer support
group. The program was funded by the UK Markey Cancer Center and The Lexington Arts and
