February 8, 2008Veterans Drive Construction UpdateDue to work on the redundant communications duct bank that heads north on Veterans Drive, a total of six parking spaces in the employee lot located on the east side of Veterans Drive (between Medical Center Annex #5 and the Kelly Building) will be closed in the coming weeks.Beginning Monday, February 11, four employee parking spaces will be closed for phase one of the project. The spaces will be blocked to allow uninterrupted traffic flow through the parking area, as the main road will be closed. Phase one is expected to last approximately one week. Phase two will begin immediately after phase one. At this time, the same four employee spaces, plus two additional spaces, will be blocked. Spaces blocked during one or both phases are marked accordingly on the map below. Click on the map to show a larger image.  |
