February 20, 2008Career Fair to Impact Parking Structure #5On Tuesday, February 26, through Thursday, February 28, the UK Spring Career & Internship Expo will significantly increase visitor parking on north campus. This will affect parking availability for students and employees who normally park in Parking Structure #5, next to Kennedy Book Store.If the structure is full, employees may park in another E lot. Students with C5 permits should come by the Parking Structure #5 office, located on the first floor, for a permit to another lot in the vicinity. Students and employees should allow extra time in arriving to work or class. Ride the Basketball Shuttle to Rupp ArenaFor those looking for a way to get to men's home basketball games that does not involve pricey event parking or game-day gridlock, Parking and Transportation Services has the perfect solution. UK students, faculty and staff can avoid the hassle by catching the basketball shuttle to Rupp Arena.UK Athletics is co-sponsoring the shuttle service, which will run from campus to Rupp Arena for all remaining regular season men's home basketball games.
