Spring Break Parking and Transit Changes

During Spring Break, the campus population diminishes significantly. As a result, parking and transportation needs are greatly reduced. PTS will make several changes during the break that include easing parking restrictions and reducing bus service. One CATS bus will run on main campus during break, and the Medical Center Route and the Kentucky Clinic Route will continue to run their normal schedule. All other CATS and LexTran campus bus service will not operate during Spring Break.

Visit www.uky.edu/Parking/parking-breaks-spring.html for more information on parking and busing changes.

Power Line Installation in Ag Science Area

Beginning March 10, B&B Electric will be installing power lines from Cooper Drive across the Ag Science parking areas. To accommodate the project, 29 employee parking spaces will be blocked to prevent vehicle damage. These spaces are in various locations between Parking Structure #1 and Ag Science South.

The project will last approximately one week. Employees who normally park in the lot may park in any other Employee lot, or any student lot not controlled for permits due to Spring Break (see above).
