Parking Structure #2 Stairwell Repairs to Impact Parking

On Monday, March 17, repair work will begin on the stairwell handrails in Parking Structure #2 (located on Rose Street, with the entrance on Hilltop Avenue). The repairs will be on the two center stairwells; the project is expected to last approximately two weeks.

During the repair process, two spaces immediately adjacent to the bottom of the stairwell will be blocked for project staging. The project will start with the South tower during the week of March 17. Work will shift to the North tower during the week of March 24.

Periodically, the sidewalk on the east side of structure may be blocked for new material delivery, in order to keep traffic lanes open.
