Summer Route Detour This Friday

On Friday, July 25, the CATS Summer Route will make a slight detour near UK HealthCare Good Samaritan Hospital. Due to the replacement of air-handling units for the building, the CATS bus will temporarily re-route so that the Good Samaritan stop is at the front door, rather than near the emergency room.

During this project, traffic in front of the emergency room will be limited to emergency vehicles and physicians only.

This project is expected to take one day. However, as always, construction is weather-dependent and the timetable may change.

PTS Expands AlterNetRides Service

PTS recently expanded the service area of AlterNetRides, the online ride-matching system.

Along with UK’s main campus, Alumni Park Plaza and Coldstream Research Campus are now listed as AlterNetRides destinations. Employees at either of these locations are encouraged to sign up and take advantage of the benefits of ride-sharing.

The ride-matching service is provided free of charge to users. For more information, visit www.uky.edu/parking/transportation-ridematch.html.
