Dos and Don'ts
What drivers should and should not do on campus
Do
- Display your permit facing the front of the windshield
- Lock your vehicle and remember where you parked
- Read and pay attention to the signs at the entrance to parking lots
- Use the intra-campus transit system
Don't
- Park in disabled spaces or restricted areas or spaces without appropriate permits
- Park on yellow lines or curbs, red curbs, blue curbs, or striped areas unless your permit has been authorized for those areas
- Park in areas not clearly marked for parking
- Assume that because other vehicles are parked illegally that you may do so
- Disregard any citation you may receive while parking on campus -- please contact Parking Services as soon as possible regarding the citation (you may pay online)
