Changes for 2009-10 Permit Year

UK employees must use their link blue login and password in order to apply for a permit online. link blue is the directory name and password formerly known as U-Connect. These single sign-on credentials provide access to UK's email, Blackboard, wireless, and other services.

Employee permits for the 2009-10 permit year are $31 per month, or $372 a year. Those choosing to pay online with a credit card will be prompted to give their CVV number - found on the back of the card - for added security. Permits may be mailed to each applicant's home address this year, rather than by campus mail.

Motorcycle permits: If you require a motorcycle permit in addition to your employee permit, please contact Parking Services directly after purchasing your employee permit online.

Due to ongoing changes in credit card compliance standards, Veterans Affairs Medical Center employees, Bluegrass Community and Technical College employees and retirees may only apply for permits by mail or in person.

PTS will control some student lots for permits during the summer months. These lots will be controlled for any valid UK permit. Summer permits will be available for students, and parking for special events should be arranged with the PTS Special Event Coordinator. Additional details will be announced in late March.
