Appeal a Citation

Beginning June 9, 2009, citation appeals may be submitted and tracked in real time. All persons receiving a citation have the right to appeal within 10 days from the date of the citation. Log into the Parking Account Manager to submit your appeal.

The citation must be paid before an appeal may be submitted.

You may not file an appeal for:

Expired or failed meter
Yellow lines / Fire lanes
Lost citation
Forgetfulness
Parking for a short period
Failure to display a parking permit
Not seeing the parking control signs

You will be notified of the decision by letter. To review parking regulations, click here.

Be sure you have your:

Correct mailing address
Vehicle license plate number
Citation number

You may also print the form and mail it to our main office.
