Appeal a Citation

All persons receiving a citation have the right to appeal within 10 days from the date of the citation. To file an appeal for a citation or impoundment, complete this form and include all the relevant information, as it will be necessary for an accurate and timely ruling.

You may not file an appeal for:

Expired or failed meter
Lost citation
Forgetfulness
Parking for a short period
Failure to display a parking permit
Not seeing the parking control signs
Yellow lines

Be sure you have your:

Identification number - UK or BCTC ID number
(Social Security number may also be used)
Correct mailing address
Vehicle license plate number

STOP! All citation and/or impoundment fees must be paid in full before an appeal will be considered.
