Order Scratch-Off Permit(s)

To apply for scratch-off permits online, you must meet the following criteria:

Have previously been approved by Parking and Transportation Services to purchase scratch-off permits
No unpaid parking citations; citations may be paid online or in person at Parking & Transportation Services
You have read and understand the UK Parking Regulations

Please note:

Recommendation: buy in small quantities, not to exceed the number you would use within six (6) months.
Scratch-off permits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
They may not be exchanged for current permits if they expire.
Please allow approximately seven (7) calendar days for delivery by U.S. Mail.

You will need the following information to continue:

Correct home mailing address
Vehicle license plate number
Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date

Important Note: Before parking permit applications can be approved, all outstanding citation and impoundment fines must be paid.
