INFORMATION FOR PROFESSIONAL YEAR 4 (PY 4) STUDENTS: 1. What is my ID? Your ID is the same as your University of Kentucky University Account Management System (UAMS) ID, which is the same ID most of you use for the initial portion of your UK email account. 2. What is my default password? Your default password consists of the small letter "u" (must be lower case), the "$" symbol (upper case 4), and the last six (6) digits of your eight digit UK student identification number. For example, a student's whose student identification number was 12345678 would have a default password of u$345678. 3. May I change my password? You may change your password from the default to your own unique password. Your new password must be at least 6 characters in length (but not more than 15 characters), and may be any combination of numbers and letters. This password is lower case sensitive and must be lower case. 4. What do I do if I forget my

password. INFORMATION FOR PRECEPTORS: 1. What is my ID? Your ID is a rotation site number assigned to your site, i.e. phuk1, phse3, phwt4, etc. This ID is lower-case sensitive. You must use the lower case when utilizing your rotation site ID for the password-protected pages portion of the EEP Web Site. You should have already received notice of this ID number; if not, contact Mike Richardson, 859/323-3633. 2. What is my default password?
