- if temp is <39.2 C (102.5 F) then 5 mg / kg
- if temp is >39.2 C (102.5 F) them 10 mg / kg

General Information
MOA: Ibuprofen inhibits prostoglandin synthesis thru the inhibition of cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.
- do not use if child is vomiting or has diarrhea
- do not use for stomach pain
- do not use in conjunction with other pain relievers/fever reducers
- if symptoms worsen… call physician ASAP
DO NOT use for more than 3 days
