IMPORTANT : Do not use if foil inner seal imprinted " SEALED FOR YOUR PROTECTION" is disturbed or missing

Each teaspoonful (15ml) contains the following active ingredients:

Aluminum hydroxide………………………………95 mg

Magnesium carbonate…………………………….412 mg

And the following inactive ingredients: D$C Yellow #10, edetate disodium, FD$C Blue #1, flavor, glycerin, paraben preservatives, saccharin sodium, sodium alginate, sorbitol solution, water, and xanthan gum.

INDICATIONS: For the relief of heartburn, sour stomach, and/ or acid indigestion, and upset stomach associated with heartburn, sour stomach, and/ or acid indigestion.

DIRECTIONS: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Take one or two tablespoonfuls four times a day or as directed by a physician. GAVISCON Liquid should be taken after meals and at bedtime, followed by half a glass of water.

WARNINGS: Except under the advice and supervision of a physican, do not take more than eight tablespoonfuls in a 24-hour period or eight tablespoonfuls daily for more than 2 weeks. May have laxative effect. Do not use this product if you have kidney disease; do not use this product if you are on a sodium-restricted diet. Each tablespoonful of GAVISCON Liquid contains approximately 1.7 mEq sodium.

DRUG INTERACTION PRECAUTIONS: Do not take this product if you are presently taking a prescription antibiotic drug containing any form of tetracycline.

In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
