Dr. Yeager is an assistant professor in the Pharmacy Practice and Science Division of the College of Pharmacy and has a joint appointment at UK in family practice. He helped implement a pharmacotherapy program at the Kentucky Clinic, in which he works collaboratively with physicians to aid patients with long-term chronic illnesses who are not responding well to their current medications.

Dr. Yeager received his bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Pharm.D. from the University of Texas. He is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and certified diabetes educator (CDE). Other certifications include physical assessment in patient care management from Nova Southeastern University, and diabetes disease state management from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
