Plus Account Frequently Asked Questions
UK Students, Faculty and Staff:
Select the UK Manage Your Account option on the left.
Login into your myUK Account with your link blue credentials.
Click on Student Services.
Click on the Financials Tab.
Select Maintain Plus, Meal, Flex option on the left.
There are known issues connecting to MyUK when using Safari. We are working to get this corrected. If you are using Safari and are unable to connect to MyUK please try using another browser such as Explorer or Firefox. You may also need to turn your pop-up blocker off.
BCTC Students:
Select the BCTC Manage Your Account option on the left. The first time you visit this page you will need to create a login ID for the Plus Account website. You may then login to view balances, view transactions, etc.
Funds are available immediately.
Please contact the merchant that overcharged you. If needed‚ you can print a list of transactions using “Manage Your Account” and choosing “Account Activity” from the menu or you may pick up a copy at our office‚ The Dining & Plus Account Office‚ 101 Student Center with a valid photo ID.
If you want your parents to be able to view your transactions you will need to provide them with your Link Blue login credentials.
The Plus Account offers versatility. It can be used at all on campus UK Dining Services locations as well as over 125 off campus locations. Residence Hall laundry and UK campus printing may only be accessed with a Plus Account. All Plus Account monies automatically carry forward semester to semester and year to year, or may be refunded less a $5 processing fee. Unused Plus Account funds expire after five years of inactivity.
Dining Plans consist of two components: Meals* and Flex Dollars. A Dining Plan is mandatory for all Residence Hall students. Non-Residence Hall students, faculty, and staff have the option to sign up for a Dining Plan or a Flex Dollar only option. Meals and Flex Dollars may only be used on campus at UK Dining Services locations and convenience stores.

*Meals are only accepted at four UK campus locations and one BCTC location.
No, you may not use your Plus Account to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.
Funds may be deposited in whole dollar amounts at the following locations:
- Click "Quick Deposit" on the left ($20 minimum deposit, $2 convenience fee);
- The Dining & Plus Account Office in 101 Student Center ($20 minimum deposit);
- Student Account Services in 18 Funkhouser Building ($20 minimum deposit);
- DART machines located in the College of Nursing Building, Dickey Hall, Gatton College of Business & Economics, King Library, Little Library, Mechanical Engineering Building, Med Center Library, and William T. Young Library (any whole dollar amount).
Online deposits may be made with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®. The Dining & Plus Account Office accepts cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®. Student Account Services accepts cash or check, and DART machines accept cash only. All Plus Account monies automatically carry forward semester to semester, and year to year, or may be refunded less a $5 processing fee. Unused funds expire after five years of inactivity.
Hours of Operation
- The Dining & Plus Account Office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, closed official University Holidays.
- Student Billings is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, closed official University Holidays.
- DART machines can be accessed during campus computing labs operating hours.
If you lose your UK WildCard Student ID or it becomes damaged, report it immediately to the WildCard UKID Center located in Room 107 of the Student Center, (859) 257-1378, The Dining & Plus Account Office in Room 101 Student Center, (859) 257-6159 or de-activate it online using the "Manage Your Account" feature at The Dining & Plus Account website.
If you lose your BCTC Student ID, report it immediately to the BCTC Student Activities Office in Room 202A Oswald Building on the BCTC Cooper campus, (859) 246-6523, The Dining & Plus Account Office in Room 101 Student Center, (859) 257-6159 or de-activate it online using the "Manage Your Account" feature at The Dining & Plus Account website.
Please Note: In order to use the "Manage Your Account" feature at The Dining & Plus Account website, please follow instructions provided under "How can I check my balance or view my transactions?".
- Replacement ID cards: UK, $20 and BCTC, $10.
- The WildCard UKID Center is open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, closed official University Holidays.
- The BCTC Student Activities Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, closed official Academic Holidays. Note: The BCTC Student Activities Office hours may vary due to official Student Activities events on campus. You may call (859) 246-6523 or 246-6524 to confirm availability.
Plus Account funds automatically carry forward semester to semester and year to year. Plus Account funds only expire after five years of non-use.
