How can I see a list of transactions on my Plus Account?
Go to the Manage Your Account and select “View Account Activity” from the menu. New users will need to set up an account and receive a password. To do this‚ click “Signup Now” by using 9 plus your 8–digit student ID number (your student ID number is your student billing account number which can be found on your student billing statement). The system will generate a password that will be sent to the email address that you provide. Once you have received the password‚ you will be able to login and view your transactions. You will also have the option to change your password.
Note: You will receive your password at an email address that you provide. If you ever forget the password and have to reset it‚ the new password will be sent to this same email address.
How do I check my Plus Account balance?

Funds are available immediately.
What should I do if a merchant overcharges my account?
Please contact the merchant that overcharged you. If needed‚ you can print a list of transactions using “Manage Your Account” and choosing “View Account Activity” from the menu or you may pick up a copy at our office‚ The Dining & Plus Account Office‚ 101 Student Center.
Who do I tell about a businees that I would like to accept the Plus Account?
Go to our welcome page and submit the business’ name and location through the “Where to Next?” box located on the right side of the page.
Why can't my parents view my account balance and activity online?
If you want your parents to be able to view your transactions you will need to provide them with your site password.
How is the Plus Account separate from a Meal Plan?
A meal plan is mandatory for students living in the residence halls. With a meal plan‚ you purchase a specific number of meals from UK Dining Services for the semester. The meal plan you choose may include Flex Dollars.
The Plus Account is an optional debit program which allows you to make purchases on and off campus. With the Plus Account you have the flexibility to purchase books‚ supplies‚ food‚ prescriptions‚ and many other items. Plus Account funds carry forward between semesters and are refundable less a $5 handling fee. Unused meals and Flex Dollars expire at the end of the semester.

Can I use my Plus Account to purchase alcohol or tobacco products?
No‚ you may not use your Plus Account to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.
Where can I add money to the Plus Account?
There is a $1 minimum required and an account may be opened or added to in any whole dollar amount at any time. You may add money to the Plus Account anytme online by clicking “Quick Deposit” at the left. You may also add money Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm by calling (859) 257–6159 or at the following on campus locations: The Dining & Plus Account Office (101 Student Center)‚ Student Billing Services (18 Funkhouser)‚ or DART machines in campus computing labs during operating hours.
