On Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at approximately 2:30 a.m., patrol officers from the Lexington Division of Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Conn Terrance in reference to a sexual assault. It was reported that an unknown male subject unlawfully entered the residence through a window and sexually assaulted a 23 year old female victim. The suspect stole a computer and other personal items as he fled the residence. No further suspect description was provided.
Lexington Police believe that the sexual assault may be connected to a sexual assault that occurred at a residence in the 200 block of University Avenue on October 20, 2006. On that occasion, a male black suspect unlawfully entered a residence and sexually assaulted a 20 year old female victim. The University Avenue suspect is further described as a male black in his early 20's, approximately 5'5", 140 pounds, dark complexion.

Within the past week, two female students have reported to police that they had been sexually assaulted or abused while at the Sigma Pi Fraternity, located at 364 Aylesford Place. The sexual abuse case involved a known suspect while the sexual assault suspect is unknown.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male, 5'6-5'7, thin build, with shaggy, dirty blonde-brown hair.
Students are encouraged to use caution when attending parties or events.

The University of Kentucky Police Department is investigating two reports of indecent exposure within the W.T. Young Library. A male subject, with a similar description in both incidents, has been reported to have exposed himself to female library patrons.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male, 18 – 22 years old, 5'8 – 6'0, thin to medium build, with blonde/dirty blonde hair.
Anyone with information concerning these incidents or that can possibly assist with identifying the suspect is encouraged to call the UK Police Department.
