UK Police department has become aware of suspicious activity by an unknown person. UKPD has received numerous reports of an unidentified male riding a bike, approaching females, and displaying lewd behavior. In the past week, there have been two incidents reported on campus and two off campus. Two incidents were reported on main campus last night and the two off-campus incidents occurred on Broadway near campus last Wednesday, Nov.4.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male in his mid 20's to early 30's, 5'9" tall and approximately 220-240 lbs with a heavy build. He is further described as having short dark hair, an unshaven face, and bad teeth. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored hoodie and a camouflage hat while riding an older model light blue bicycle that squeaked.

In the interest of safety, the University of Kentucky Police Department has issued the following Crime Bulletin.
At approximately 8:50 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2009, the University of Kentucky Police Department received a report of an armed robbery of an individual on the sidewalk outside of the Student Center.The suspect pulled a knife and demanded the victim's money and other personal items.
The victim cooperated with the suspect's demands. The suspect was last seen fleeing toward Administration Drive.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately in his mid to late 30s with dark shoulder length hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket and blue jeans.

UK officials have been advised that the Jessamine County Sheriff's Department, is investigating a sexual assault reported to have occurred between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 AM on Sunday, August 30, 2009. The victim reported she was offered a ride from Crescent Avenue in Lexington and then driven to a remote location in Jessamine County where she was sexually assaulted.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male in his 30's with a dark tan, 5'9" tall with short dark hair, some facial hair, and heavy build. The suspect was driving a dark colored full passenger car.

At approximately 12:49 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2009, the University of Kentucky Police Department received a report of an attempted robbery of an individual on University Drive near Huguelet Drive. The suspect grabbed the victim's arm and attempted to take her laptop bag. The victim was able to pull away, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction. The victim was unable to provide any description of the suspect.

In the interest of safety, the UK Police Department is issuing this Crime Bulletin to notify the campus community of an assault report.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, a female student states that while she was walking along Columbia Avenue behind the W.T. Young Library, she was pulled from behind by her book bag and fell against a parked car causing a minor injury to the side of her face. The victim states that she remembered seeing three white males standing near a parked vehicle as she walked by. The victim was not able to provide any further details or description of the suspect(s).
The student did not immediately report the incident to UK Police but chose to seek assistance at the Violence Intervention and Prevention Center, which, at the student's request, notified UK Police of the incident at 11 a.m. April 28th.

At 11:49 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2009, University of Kentucky Police responded to two reports of assaults that had just occurred in the area of Woodland and Hilltop Avenues.
In one of the reported cases, a male victim was punched in the face by an unknown individual. The victim and a friend fled the area back to the safety of their residence hall in the Kirwan-Blanding complex. A couple of minutes later UK Police received a report of a second male victim being assaulted in the same area. The second victim was approached by an unknown male who attempted to shake his hand but struck him in the side of the head knocking his glasses off. The victim retaliated by striking his attacker in the face knocking him to the ground. As the victim began to retreat to the safety of his residence hall, two other unknown individuals exited a silver vehicle parked nearby and began running after him.
Both assault victims describe the suspects as:
Suspect 1: African-American male, approximately 6' to 6'3" in height and about 210 pounds; suspect was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt.
Suspects 2 & 3: African-American males, no other identifiers at this time.
Possible Suspect Vehicle: Silver or Grey sedan, possibly a Pontiac Grand Prix

At approximately 11:30pm on Tuesday, February 17th, the Lexington Division of Police received a report of an armed robbery at the Pita Pit located at 315 S. Limestone. The suspect, reportedly armed with a revolver, took money from the cashier before fleeing on foot to the South (towards the Paddock, 319 S. Limestone).
Currently, Lexington and University of Kentucky Police are searching for the suspect who is described as the following:
A white male with a "wrinkly" face, last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt with red writing, possibly an East or West Jessamine softball logo.

At approximately 8:25pm tonight a female student reported a menacing incident to UK Police. The victim states that the unknown suspect followed her from the Lafferty Hall area through Central Campus and across Rose Street. She states that between the Mining and Mineral Resources Building and the W.T. Young Library, the suspect grabbed her. She resisted and was able to run away towards the library.
The suspect description is as follows:
White male in his 30's, wearing blue jeans or dark pants and a waist length dark coat with a hood. He was also wearing a black baseball cap.
