Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act – Notification of Registered Sex Offender
As required by the federal government, the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act (CSCPA), was adopted effective October 25, 2002. This law requires that institutes of higher education advise the campus community of where it can obtain information about registered sex offenders that are attending or employed by the institution.
The Kentucky State Police has notified the University of Kentucky Police Department that the following persons have registered, in accordance with KRS 17.510, as a sex offender, and has indicated that the he/she is enrolled or employed at the University of Kentucky.
