Special Operations - Special Response Team
The Special Response Team (SRT) is composed of a group of volunteer officers who are selected for the membership on the team. These officers are selected for maturity, weapons skills and ability to respond rapidly to changing tactical situations. Selected officers undergo specialized training that emphasizes skills that are needed for serious crisis situations. They are trained in special weapons, less lethal training, tactical dynamic entry, marksmanship, executive protection and other specialized disciplines.
