What is the Cow college? An intensive, hands on course for beef producers designed to provide them with exposure to the most cutting edge techniques and ideas related to beef cattle production and the beef business. The approach is always end product driven with emphasis on quality and efficiency in all aspects of the production and business process.

How do I Enroll? To enroll for Cow College 2012 please visit this site: http://ces3.ca.uky.edu/beefIRM/cowcollegereg.htm Locations scheduled for the 2012 include Princeton, Lexington and Morehead. The total cost of the program is $125 for all five sessions or $50 for each session individually. Participants must be graduates of UK's Master Cattleman Program. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. It is limited to the first 30 people per location who reserve a spot with a deposit of $50 made payable to COW COLLEGE. The deadline for registration is June 1, 2012.
