Genomic DNA Sequencing Project

This project will produce a genome map, libraries ordered on that map, and the genome sequence of rat P. carinii form1.  The basic steps in this project are:

• Library Construction

• Mapping

• Sequence Acquisition

• Assembly and finishing

• Annotation
