January 12, 2009 - Promotion and/or tenure dossiers due from Deans' offices to Provost's office
January 14, 2009 - Wednesday – First day of classes
February 13, 2009 - Review completed by college and faculty members informed of results.
March 9, 2009 - Completion of Academic Area Advisory Committees' consideration dossiers
March 13, 2009 - Deadline for a faculty member to appeal at the college level.
March 16, 2009 - Recommendations of Area Advisory Committees' due in Provost's office
April 6, 2009 - Recommendations of Dean of Graduate School due in Provost's office
April 6, 2009 - Appeals at the college level completed.
April 27, 2009 - Deadline for a faculty member to appeal to the Provost.
May 1, 2009 - Friday – Last day of classes
May 4, 2009 - Provost's recommendation to President completed
May 4 – 8, 2009 - Monday through Friday – Final Examinations
May 9, 2009 - Saturday – Commencement
May 11, 2009 - Appeals to Provost completed.
