Nomination

The nomination deadline has passed.

The Alpha Chapter elects members and hosts an induction ceremony in April. To be elected into Phi Beta Kappa, students must meet our criteria, which are explained below. Students at the University of Kentucky may be nominated in three ways:

  1. The Membership Chair screens UK academic records for potential nominees.
  2. An advisor, professor, or other university member may nominate a student.
  3. Students may self-nominate.

When in doubt, NOMINATE! Duplicate nominations are not a problem.
