Office of Student Financial Aid
The Office of Student Financial Aid awards more than $100M annually in federal, state and institutional need-based financial aid funds to students who would be unable to attend the University without such assistance. In addition, the office coordinates the receipt of more than $40M other institutional, state and outside scholarships awarded to students.

Undergraduate Education
Office of Undergraduate Education coordinates enrollment management, guides the university’s general education program, and administers a number of programs that support undergraduate research and the development of effective teaching. Through the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education, OUE supervises activities of the following offices: Admissions and Registrar, Financial Aid, Academic Scholarships, Student Billings, Central Advising Service and Transfer Center, Teaching and Learning Center, the Honors Program, the Gaines Center for the Humanities, Robinson Scholars Program, and the annual Kentucky Women Writers Conference.
