mission of the Capital Construction Procurement Department (CCPD) is to provide
procurement services of capital projects, and support small purchases of maintenance
and renovation of capital buildings by providing expertise in the bid and contract
process for construction services, while obtaining the best value for the University
in accordance with University policy, Model Procurement Code, and Kentucky Revised
Statutes.
