Shipping Address Verification: When ordering from Dell on your departmental procurement card you MUST check the shipping address and/or change the shipping address to be delivered to your department. This section MUST be completed with the correct information. Several orders are being shipped to incorrect departments.
Purchasing News
- e-academy will be implementing ELMS System updates (hot fixes) on April 16, 2008. The updates will be implemented with no downtime or service interruption. Click here for details of the updates.

- Important Note There is a conflict between McAfee VirusScan Enterprise v8.0i (pre patch 11 version) and an application that comes preinstalled on Dell Latitude D420, D620, and D820 laptops. The conflict is with the Embassy Trust Suite Wave Document Manager and causes Windows to crash and shutdown. Do not install the University version of McAfee dated August 31, 2004 or earlier on these machines without first uninstalling Embassy Trust Suite. For more information, go to here or here.
