To order Microsoft products from Dell, please follow these steps:

Before purchasing Microsoft products you must be registered. Please email megan_davidowski@dell.com with your contact information to register.

1. Click here to open the University of Kentucky Microsoft price list.
2. Find the product(s) you need, then copy the ASAP Part Number and paste it into the fields listed in step 6 below.
3. Log in to the Dell/ASAP Software by going to https://shop.asap.com/login/login.aspx.
4. Click on Login, then enter your email address and password.
5. To order, click on "Order Management" (under Account Management, to the left of the screen), then click on "Express Order by Part #."
6. Type in the ASAP or the Manufacturer part number and add the product to your cart when it pulls up.
7. Repeat this process for all items and products requested. You can update the quantities needed in the cart.
8. Click "Checkout." From the cart screen you can order and modify shipping address if needed.
9. Follow the information to Payment, Order Review, and Confirmation.

Important Note: please ensure that you order the proper media to go along with the licenses being requested (if needed).
